Shipping policy

Shipping of your order will take 1-3 working days upon receiving your order. During festive or holiday periods this may take a little longer. We appreciate your understanding as we work to send your order out as fast, safe and efficiently as possible.

Orders are only shipped to a physical addresses and therefore exclude P.O. boxes.

You will be notified via email on the tracking of your order once it has been shipped out.

Some countries may impose custom duties and taxes upon import of your order.

Shipments from our store will have tax and duty post-paid (to be paid at the door by the receiver), and have no insurance.

It is best to check with local authorities prior to placing your order.

We are not responsible for undelivered goods in the case of duties or taxes being unpaid.
